Today we reviewing a new local release. Our friends at Hansen Distillery has just release the first expression of their Distiller's Edition Series - French Oak x Port Cask Single Cask Whisky.
This Whisky is a 5 year old single cask Rye aged in French STR oak cask for 4 years and then finished in a Port Barrel for 1 year. Listen to find out what we think of it!
